Biological Techniques

Biological techniques are methods or processes used to study biology. Includes test and mathematical methods, methods, conventions, and biological research tools.

MICROSCOPE:

A tool for viewing objects that are too small to be seen with the naked eye or with the naked eye. MICROSCOPI: The science of tracing small objects using a microscope.

Types Of Microscopes

Depending on the number of lenses, there are two i. e

  1. 1. Simple light microscopes: use a single lens to magnify an object and you cannot reach high magnification.
  2. Integrated optical microscope (has a larger size compared to a simple microscope because it uses at least two sets of lenses, a target lens, and a piece of the eye).

The lenses are aligned with that, which can bend the light to enhance the image.

The simplest microscope is a magnifying glass made of a single convex lens, which usually magnifies about 5-10 times.

Dark Field Microscopy

Dark field microscopy is a form of microscopy that is used in both light and electron microscopy, in which only the light source or electron beam, and the rest of the image field is dark. • As a result, the field around the template (i.e., where there is no example of scattering the beam) is usually darker. • Also called dark ground microscopy microscopy, and cheaper but higher brightness and correction compared to another method, i-e, microscopy comparison puzzle.

Electron microscope

Electron microscopy (EM) is a technique for obtaining high-resolution images of biological and non-biological models. It is used in biomedical research to investigate the detailed structure of tissues, cells, organelles, and macromolecular complexes. The high resolution of EM images is due to the use of electrons (very short waves) as a source of radiation.

Types of electron microscope

Transmission EM (TEM)

The electron microscope transmission is used to view small specimens (parts of tissue, molecules, etc.) through which electrons can pass through and produce a predictable image.

Scanning EM (SEM).

A scanning electron microscope (SEM) is a type of electron microscope that produces sample images by scanning the surface with foam of electrons and is used to view a 3d sample structure.

Fluorescence Microscope

The Fluorescent microscope is very similar to a standard light microscope with additional features to enhance its power. • This microscope also requires an exciting filter, a bar and a dichromatic mirror, fluorescent color. • A certain amount of light is used to stimulate the fluorescent molecule in the template. • High wavelength light into the image.
