Public administration is a field where leaders work for communities to promote the common good and make positive changes. Public administration professionals are equipped with management skills at all levels of government (local, regional, and organizational) and non-profit organizations.
Evolution Of Public Administration
One of the definitions of Public Administration is that government governance is about the management of public programs. As we have learned that during the Indus Valley civilization cities were well established and organized and the practice of public administration was old. But as a new subject. Now we would see the development of this practice as a lesson. The emergence of public administration/administration is discussed in the following sections. Public administration research is divided into the following schools:

Human Relations Schools

What is Behavior?
Morality is defined in the general sense as human actions. As you can see in the picture the behavior that can be seen is the point of the ice. Below this point are the unseen attitudes, thoughts, feelings, perceptions, motivation, etc. Invisible attitudes etc. they practice some visible behavior.
