Relationship Among School, Teachers, and Community
If the school work with teachers but not in the community the triangle does not stand, if the school and the community get along with teachers they do not cooperate with both, and we do not have good academic results. Therefore, in order to have good educational values and to achieve the goals and objectives, we need the cooperation of all three parties.

The school, the community, and the teachers are the independent pillars of the community and the nation depends on how schools work together and understand the community and how teachers play a key role in terms of the standard set by the school.
The Relationship between School and Home
School is the child’s second home. It has its own culture, name, and identity. The child comes from a home that is part of the community. The school also has its own identity. School brings us an idea. It is estimated that 99% of people consider school to be a second home. They feel that the day they spent in school was the best time of their life. Community culture has deep roots and school and home are part of that community.
The child has a certain culture at home, goes to school, and finds that school has certain habits and practices; on the playground, you learn that different children come from different homes and each has its own home culture.
School as Identity
A school not only has a structure but also has a name, a culture, and an identity. Parents have an idea about school, whether public or private. The school has its own culture, good or bad, depending on how the school authorities conduct it, how the community views the school in a particular area and how much teachers play a role in determining who we are and the school culture. The child comes home holding a certain custom and fixes the school environment.
The Community and Teachers Help the Child
So, it is a difficult task, for a child, to get used to all three different cultures. However, community members, school staff, and teachers can help children deal with three different cultural problems. They can create a friendly environment and a sense of intimacy and can create respect and harmony between home, school, and community culture. This will mean a positive impact on the child’s development. Therefore, educating a child is a partnership between home and school, and that communication must always be clear and strong in order to monitor progress and take action when there are problems.
