The Concept of Assessment 

Purpose: To judge a particular process or product for the purpose of improvement. Here the purpose is to judge teaching and learning for future development.

Keywords: 

Measurement refers to size / quality / weight. For example, measuring a box, measuring.

 Examination: The process of judging something. For example, testing your ability, testing a blood sample.

The focus is on internal systems vs external agencies.
